Sports Club 6.30pm
Our Thursday night sessions are different types of training sessions led by our coaches, sometimes we will all do the same session in the same place or from time to time split into groups but there is always a session for everyone.
As a fell running club, the hills are our main focus so sessions like hill reps are a common Thursday session but we mix it up with hill sprints and longer hill reps and we will do coached sessions on ascending and descending at the same time. These sessions are a lot of fun and it gives the option of all being together and people from different groups training together.
They're great sessions as you get from then what you want.
As with our other sessions the intentions for the night are always posted up in the member Facebook group.
